DISMANTLING

It all starts with dismantling. All equipment deemed unfit to be used anymore is taken apart by hand, in order to salvage the most parts possible, which will then be used as remarketable commodities.

Hard drives, printed circuit boards, motherboards
Light and dark plastics (exterior housings and interior components)

Wooden cabinets from TVs
Ferrous metals
Aluminum and other nonferrous metals
Wire
Copper yokes from CRTs
CRT glass (made into ecofriendly, furnace-ready cullet)

SORTING

After the separation of the materials is done, it would be time for the sorting, which would be under many categories

Nonferrous metals
Plastic
Wire
Other

PACKAGING

The different material would then be packaged into bundles, and made ready for shipping and handling.

Functioning components would be given a new lease on life, in a new home; whereas non-functioning components would be kept away from landfills, and put back into the industrial cycle, since materials such as metals, plastic and glass could be reused continuously, in products from every-day life, from vehicles to circuit boards!
